Welcome! Mike is a Reiki Master located in Erie, CO currently providing Reiki I/II trainings and both in person and distance treatments. Trainings will be held throughout the year and can be provided on a request/private/group basis as well. Please reach out with any questions.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. Through a gentle touch and holding of space, a warm and soothing energy flows from the hands into the client. This treatment promotes relaxation and releases tension throughout the body.

Reiki Sessions last 1 hour total including a check in and post treatment integration. Reiki can also be done long distance using a different method of energy work. Please feel free to request this if you do not live within a reasonable distance to the space or are not well enough to come in for a treatment.
