Moving Forward

Have you ever seen a commercial, heard a song on the radio or seen a movie that seemed to be there just at the perfect moment?  Something that made you want to move forward or answered a question you’ve been thinking about for a long time.  These synchronicities occur all the time in our lives and it’s ultimately up to us to either dismiss them or pay attention and let them guide us somewhere.  Wherever that “somewhere” might be.  It might be your health, your career, a relationship or anything that is important to you.  Pay attention when these things occur and notice how things change.  Take note of things that inspire you and motivate you to keep moving forward.  If you know what some of these things are, write them down.  Just as important as what can inspire you is knowing what holds you back.  Where have you gotten stuck before?  Fear can hold back the best in all of us and acknowledging your fear is one part of the hammer that will knock down your wall.  Commit to understanding what inspires you and what holds you back.
