Sweet Potato and Broccoli Curry
Serves 2 – (adjust as needed)
Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced 1 head of broccoli, chopped 2 Tbsp. coconut oil 1/4 tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder dash or 2 of cinnamon (I opt for 2) 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro sea salt and pepper, to taste ย Steam the sweet potato and broccoli until tender. ย (Sweet Potato takes about 15 minutes and the broccoli 5. ย You can add the broccoli in the steaming basket when there’s 5 minutes left on the potato). ย Drain both then mash the sweet potato with coconut oil and spices. ย Toss the broccoli in at the end. ย Top with fresh cilantro. ย CLICK HERE To learn more about this amazing and life changing detox program. ย This recipe is just one of the many that you are in for!!
